2、 Formulation and process of plastic particles
1. Preparation before batching: resin screening, powdered additive grinding, plasticizer filtration, preparation of Color Masterbatch powder, drying of raw materials, heating and melting of bulk additives, etc.
2. Formula weighing: input kneader or internal mixer for mixing and plasticizing raw materials. Firstly, the feeding amount shall be estimated according to the equipment volume and feeding coefficient. Weigh accurately according to the feeding amount.
3. Extrusion granulation: mainly control extrusion temperature, screw speed, cutter speed and pellet cooling. The granular material has no clay particles, uniform particle size and good plasticization.
