Due to radiation heat transfer, far-infrared preheating and drying can heat the materials at the same time on the internal and external surfaces at a certain depth, which not only shortens the preheating and drying time and saves energy, but also avoids the qualitative change of materials caused by uneven heating, improves the quality of preheating and drying, and its preheating and drying temperature can reach about 130 ℃.
On the other hand, because the heat source does not directly contact the material, it is easy to realize continuous preheating and drying, which is mainly suitable for preheating and drying of large quantities of recycled plastic particles.
